Inquire About a Shipment Problem
  • ShipCSX: Use the Shipment Problem Resolution tool to submit inquiries to our Customer Service team. Learn more
  • Call Customer Service: 1-877-ShipCSX (1-877-744-7279), options 2-1-5.
    • You will need a ShipCSX ID and PIN for telephone access to Customer Service. (Your ShipCSX user ID and password are for accessing ShipCSX.com.)
    • If you are a registered ShipCSX user, your ShipCSX user ID remains the same. To find your PIN, log into ShipCSX and select "My Profile" at the top of the page. You will find your PIN in the Personal Information section.
    • If you are not a registered ShipCSX user, you must complete the ShipCSX registration. After you submit your registration, we will contact you about your user ID and PIN.
    • Each user ID and PIN is unique to the individual who calls. If more than one person from your company calls Customer Service, each person is required to have his or her own user ID and PIN. Learn about enhancements to the User ID and PIN process >

Set Up Tracking Reports
  • ShipCSX: Use ShipCSX Parameter Trace to create customized trace reports. You define the type of traffic or events to be traced and when you want these reports to be run. For repetitive queries, schedule reports to run at predetermined times and have the results automatically emailed to you. Learn more
